Alice has served as the Managing Director of Uzima Chicken Uganda, since 2019. As from 2023, Rwanda and Burundi are also managed by Alice. Prior to joining Uzima, Alice managed East African country expansion and business operations for 2 pay-as-you-go solar companies, Fenix International and Zola. Furthermore, Alice served as a management consultant at Bain & Company in Los Angeles, where she worked on strategic and operational transformations for Fortune 500 companies.
No other poultry business is focused on smallholder farmers in the last mile, except for Uzima. Our entire business is designed around making smallholders healthier and wealthier, and we're actually doing it
